Looking closer. Seeing more.
I photograph the familiar from unfamiliar perspectives, exploring the shapes, details and stories that are easily overlooked. My work is driven by curiosity and the belief that even the most ordinary subjects can reveal something extraordinary.
Traces of lives, places and purposes that have passed. The landscape around us is filled with reminders of earlier lives. Some are immediately recognisable; others survive almost unnoticed, hidden beneath vegetation, incorporated into newer surroundings or simply left behind.
Vestiges explores these overlooked remnants — the objects and structures that outlive the people, communities and purposes they once served. Each photograph invites us to look more closely at what remains, and to consider what has disappeared.
